Lake Union Psychiatric Group

We encourage our patients and their caregivers to obtain the COVID-19 vaccine when you become eligible.

While the CDC is recommending changes to its face mask/covering guidelines for vaccinated individuals, we ask that you continue to wear a face mask in the office building, including the waiting room and stairs. Many of our patients are children who are not yet eligible for vaccination. If you and your provider are fully vaccinated, you can discuss with your provider the option of not wearing masks in the confines of your provider’s office.

We recommend continued use of hand sanitizer (60% alcohol content or higher) or hand washing with soap and water for at least 20 seconds upon your arrival and exit from our office. Please keep in mind that we do not have daily cleaning services for the building and office suite. Therefore, please wash or sanitize your hands after coming into contact with high-touch surfaces. Your provider may have specific sanitizing procedures within her office.

Our office is taking measures to reduce potential exposures to patients, caregivers and providers. If you have exhibited signs of an upper respiratory infection (cold, flu or possible coronavirus), including fever, cough and/or shortness of breath, or have had close contact with an individual suspected of being COVID-19-positive or who has tested positive, or have had recent travel that may increase your risk of exposure, please call your provider in advance of your appointment and do not come to the office without discussing possible risks in advance.

Likewise, if your provider is exhibiting upper respiratory symptoms or has had possible or known exposure to COVID-19, she will call you in advance of your appointment.

You should discuss with your provider any preferences you may have about continuing telehealthcare versus meeting in person.

Please view your provider’s individual webpage on this website for any provider-specific information.
