Susan H Willis, MD

I provide an integrative psychiatric approach that includes diagnostic evaluations, and a variety of evidence-based treatments with the goals of optimizing wellness as well as treating illness. I work with kids, teens and adults with mood and anxiety problems, ADHD and other learning issues. I collaborate with you on what interventions fit you best. I provide different types of therapy including cognitive behavioral, psychodynamic, DBT skills training, and mindfulness-based therapy that may be individual and/or with family. I can prescribe medications and advise about nutrition and supplements. I collaborate with other practitioners as needed.

Since 1991 I have been in private practice at Lake Union Psychiatric Group. I am board certified in adult/general psychiatry, child and adolescent psychiatry and integrative medicine. I received my medical degree from the University of Connecticut and completed my residency in general adult psychiatry and child and adolescent fellowship at UCLA Neuropsychiatric Institute.
